Complex lymphatic anomalies include several diagnoses with overlapping patterns of
clinical symptoms, anatomic location, imaging features, hematologic alterations, and
complications. Lymphatic malformations likely arise through anomalous embryogenesis of
the lymphatic system. Analysis of clinical, imaging, histologic, and hematologic features is
